Itrixstore is a trading name of PT Indosplash Wahana Perkasa, registered at Gedung Mangga Dua Mall Lt. Dasar, Jl. Arteri Mangga Dua Raya No.8B, RT.1/RW.12, Mangga Dua Selatan, Kec. Sawah Besar, Jakarta Pusat, DKI Jakarta 10730. This page explains what personal data we collect through itrixstore.com, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

We only collect what you type into the quote request form on this website:

• Your name
• Your WhatsApp or phone number
• Your email address, if you choose to provide it
• Any requirements you describe, and the products you select
• Your IP address and browser identification, recorded automatically when the form is submitted

We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not buy or receive personal data about you from third parties.

Why we use it

Your data is used to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and follow up on it. The IP address and browser identification are kept for one reason only: to limit automated spam submissions to the form.

Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the form, and on the basis of taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. This follows Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection.

Who can see it

Enquiries are visible to our sales staff and site administrators. A notification is sent to our internal sales address. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

The website and its database run on servers located in Indonesia.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for three years from the date they are submitted, then deleted. If you ask us to delete your data earlier, we will do so unless we are required to keep it for tax or legal reasons.

Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Law you may ask us to:

• Tell you what data we hold about you
• Correct data that is wrong or incomplete
• Delete your data
• Stop processing your data
• Provide your data in a portable form
• Withdraw consent you previously gave

Write to info@itrixstore.com and we will reply within 14 working days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the relevant supervisory authority.

Cookies

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser may store the products you select locally on your own device so the selection survives a page reload. That data stays on your device and is never sent to us unless you submit the form.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to the administration area is limited to named accounts with passwords, and repeated failed logins are blocked automatically. No system is perfect, but we take reasonable steps to keep your data safe.
